Champions Trophy | India to play New Zealand and Bangladesh in warm-up games

India will play New Zealand and Bangladesh in the Champions Trophy warm-up games on May 28 and May 30 respectively, the International Cricket Council announced. Defending champions India are in Group B alongside Pakistan, South Africa and Sri Lanka in the competition to be held in England and Wales.

The tournament will open on June 1 with a game between England and Bangladesh while India will open against Pakistan on June 4 in Edgbaston. Sri Lanka and South Africa face-off on June 3 while Australia and New Zealand meet on June 2.

The semifinals will be held in Cardiff and Edgbaston on June 14 and 15 respectively while the final will be played at the Oval on June 18.

Group A: Australia, New Zealand, England and Bangladesh

Group B: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
