A New Zealand cricket fan who calls himself Only_The went on a rant after the Kiwis wasted their excellent start to the 1st T20 where they had restricted Bangladesh to 30/4 and ended up with a target of 142. The writer tore into each player one by one and it ended up becoming a very funny piece.

"Calling it now NZ will lose every series against Australia and South Africa. This is Zimbabwe all over again, playing poorly and crushing a minnow (Bangladesh) because they are kind enough to get themselves out to full tosses and filthy slogs. They should not have got past 140 after the start they had."

......

"Lockie Ferguson bowls about two good balls a match, dips below 130 after his first two overs, bowls rank fulltosses which should be no-balled, and is generally wayward. Yes, he has potential, there is a place to develop that, along with his shocking fitness. It's called domestic cricket. Until then, my Grandma could keep a more consistent pace in the second half of an ODI innings."

......

"18 wides. 18. Eighteen. In 20 overs. 4th worst in the history of T20I. Technically 14 if you discount the four extra wides from Lockie's bouncer. This is shocking, yes wides can be a necessary evil at the death, but my god. At least they aren't leaking from no balls this game, or dropping catches, but those have been hurting us in recent games too."
