Twitter reacts as West Indies play T20 cricket in Test match

It was a one-sided Test where Indian batsmen piled on the runs, bowlers improved their best bowling figures, and Windies got ready for the upcoming T20I series against India. The Twitterati did not miss the chance to troll the Windies team as they lost the 1st Test match by an innings and 272 runs.

Brief scores: India 649/9 dec (Virat Kohli 139, Prithvi Shaw 132; Devendra Bishoo 4/215, Sherman Lewis 2/93) beat Windies 181 ( Roston Chase 53, Keemo Paul 47; Ravichandran Ashwin 4/37, Mohammed Shami 2/22) & 196 (Kieran Powell 83, Roston Chase 20; Kuldeep Yadav 5/57, Ravindra Jadeja 3/35) by an innings and 272 runs.

One of a Kind!

Kuldeep Yadav had a bad run in the 1st innings but came back strong in the 2 by becoming only the 7th bowler in the world to take a 5 wicket haul in all 3 formats in the game

Now, this is insane!

Doing it in a single year! A legend in the making!

When you are always hungry!

This is what happens when lunch is nearing and you are watching Keemo Paul bat!

The real reason behind the collapse!

Coming to think of it...

Routine!

Looks like West Indies weren't prepared for this Test at all!

The name change!

It was the only way for them to get a win!

The long con!

Couldn't have put it better!

The T20 effect!

This is what happens when you are only good at T20 cricket!

Poor Shaw!

But got to commend his fielding, he caught 2 at silly point!

New name maybe?

This must be an apt name!

Bowlers often celebrate dismissals even before the umpires give their decision, and Shaheen Afridi was the culprit this time in the Asia Cup T20 2025 match against the UAE. The left-arm pacer continued his run-up to celebrate a wicket, only for him to return after the umpires ruled otherwise.
Windies way behind but will not surrender, says Corey Collymoreread next
Though Windies bowling coach Corey Collymore is unhappy with the performance of the team, he still maintains a hard belief in fighting till the end and not surrendering. The tourists are in a deep trouble and need to come with mammoth effort to save the ongoing first Test against India.
