Mohammed Shami was once considered as not a good bowling option in the IPL. He was a part of Sunrisers Hyderabad in the last season but he didn't turn out to be much effective for the team. Eventually, it turned out to be his last season for them before he got traded to Lucknow Super Giants.
And right now, Mohammed Shami is going against the team which traded him to LSG. It is Sunrisers Hyderabad against Lucknow Super Giants at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, with SRH batting first in this game. Fans expected fireworks from Head and Abhishek but LSG had Shami with them.
Shami started off by dismissing Abhishek Sharma for a duck in the very first over. When he bowled the very first ball of his second over, he was also able to dismiss Travis Head, putting down both openers for low scores.
