Juventus are set to extend Randal Kolo Muani’s loan from PSG for the Club World Cup, with the striker scoring 8 goals in 16 Serie A matches. Talks are in advanced stages as the deal looks to be final.
When the Club World Cup kicks off between June and July 2025, Juventus are likely to retain the services of Randal Kolo Muani, as the Italian club nears an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain to extend his loan. Kolo Muani, who arrived in Turin on a dry loan deal in January, has impressed with 8 goals in just 16 Serie A appearances. His current deal ends on June 30, but both the player and Juventus are eager for him to stay through the Club World Cup — and possibly beyond into the 2025-26 season.
Negotiations between PSG and Juventus have reportedly advanced, particularly regarding the financial terms. New General Manager Damien Comolli is spearheading the talks, aiming to secure the French striker’s short-term future with the Bianconeri.
However, Juventus will not retain all of their loan players. Portuguese midfielder Renato Veiga is set to return to Chelsea earlier than planned. Originally loaned until the end of June, Veiga is now expected to rejoin the London club and could feature for Chelsea at the Club World Cup under new manager Enzo Maresca. His early departure contrasts with Juventus’ plan to hold on to Kolo Muani, who has quickly become a key figure in their attack.
