Reigning champions Patna Pirates defeated Bengaluru Bulls 38-23 at the Sree Kanteerava stadium on Thursday to jump to the second position in the PKL standings. This is Bengaluru's third successive defeat at home. They had lost to Telugu Titans and Jaipur Pink Panthers in the first two matches.
