The Bulls were led by Alireza Mirzaian, who registered another Super 10, and Sanjay Dhull, who delivered a crucial High Five in defence. The match also marked a milestone for Arjun Deshwal, who completed 1300 raid points in the league.

Bengaluru started strongly, with Mirzaian’s sharp raids and Yogesh’s steady defence putting the Thalaivas under early pressure. Nitesh Kumar’s tackle on Aashish Malik gave the Thalaivas their first lead, and the teams traded points constantly, ending the first quarter tied at 9-9. The second quarter saw continued intensity, with both sides producing effective raids and tackles. Deshwal’s successful raid led to an ALL OUT for the Bulls, giving the Thalaivas a slim 18-17 lead at halftime.

In the second half, key tackles from Deepak Sankar and Sanjay, along with Mirzaian’s pressure on Nitesh Kumar, allowed the Bulls to gain a narrow 23-21 lead at the 30-minute mark. The final minutes were tightly contested, but a brilliant Super Tackle by Sanjay in the last minute sealed the win. The Bulls’ resilience in both attack and defence ensured they claimed a hard-earned 33-29 victory over the Thalaivas.
