Dabang Delhi secured a thrilling 9-3 tie-breaker win over Haryana Steelers in PKL Season 12 at Chennai. Fazel Atrachali marked his 200th PKL game with a Super Raid, while Ajinkya Pawar scored eight points and Saurabh Nandal’s High Five kept Delhi in contention. The match remained tight at 33-33 before Delhi dominated the tie-breaker to claim victory.

Going to the SDAT Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium in Chennai on October 7, Dabang Delhi produced a thrilling performance to edge past Haryana Steelers in a closely contested Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 match. Ajinkya Pawar led the charge with eight points, while Saurabh Nandal’s High Five kept Delhi in contention, taking the match into a tie-breaker. The game also marked a special milestone for Fazel Atrachali, who notched his 200th PKL appearance, contributing four points and delivering a Super Raid in the tie-breaker.

Haryana Steelers started strong with an early successful raid by Vinay, but Delhi quickly responded. Both teams traded points consistently, with Haryana holding a narrow 9-7 advantage at the first half time-out. Before halftime, Pawar’s Super Raid reduced the deficit to 18-17. The second half remained tightly contested, with scores tied at 27-27 and later 31-31, highlighted by Atrachali’s crucial points and a key tackle.

In the tie-breaker, Dabang Delhi dominated from the start, scoring early through raids and tackles. Pawar’s successful raid and Surjeet Singh’s defensive efforts gave Delhi a 4-1 lead. Atrachali’s Super Raid sealed the win, with Dabang Delhi triumphing 9-3 and celebrating a memorable victory in an intensely competitive match.
