Real Madrid are ready to sell Rodrygo next summer if a €70m offer arrives, with the Brazilian slipping down Xabi Alonso’s pecking order. The 24-year-old hasn’t scored since March and, despite being contracted until 2028, several clubs including Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern and PSG are showing concrete interest in a 2026 move.

When the reports emerged that Real Madrid were ready to consider a €70 million offer for Rodrygo next summer, it signalled a major shift in their long-term attacking plans. The Brazilian has struggled for form since Xabi Alonso took charge, slipping down the pecking order and failing to score for the club since his Champions League winner against Atletico Madrid back in March.

Despite being contracted until 2028 and holding an ETV of around €75.2 million, Madrid are now open to a sale if the right bid arrives. Several European giants have shown concrete interest ahead of 2026, including Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and PSG, while Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have also been linked. The potential departure ties into Madrid’s broader rebuild, with rumours suggesting that even Vinicius Junior could be offloaded as Florentino Perez targets a new-look attack.

Erling Haaland remains the dream signing, while Victor Osimhen has been mentioned as an alternative option. Madrid are also scouting wingers, with PSG’s Desire Doue highlighted as a possible addition. Rodrygo’s uncertain future now sits at the heart of a transfer window that could reshape Real Madrid’s frontline.
