Arsenal Targets Three U21 Wingers for Future Recruitment.

Arsenal are scouting three young wingers: Pablo Garcia (Real Betis), Bazoumana Toure (Hoffenheim), and Jean-Matteo Bahoya (Eintracht Frankfurt). Garcia has five senior appearances and scored in Spain’s U21 World Cup draw with Mexico. Toure has two assists in six games for Hoffenheim, while Bahoya has three goals and one assist in six matches. Arsenal plans long-term monitoring rather than immediate signings.

After the latest scouting initiative, Arsenal are focusing on securing young attacking talent as part of their next recruitment phase. The club has sent scouts to monitor three promising wingers: Pablo Garcia of Real Betis, Bazoumana Toure of Hoffenheim, and Jean-Matteo Bahoya of Eintracht Frankfurt. Sporting director Andrea Berta is leading a data-driven approach that combines live observation with detailed statistical analysis to identify technically skilled players under 21 who are developing within top European systems.

Garcia, a right winger, has made five senior appearances this season and scored in Spain’s 2-2 u21 World Cup draw with Mexico. Toure, a left winger who joined Hoffenheim from Hammarby earlier in 2025, has contributed two assists in six appearances for the German side. Bahoya has impressed most strongly, netting three goals and providing one assist in six matches this season for Frankfurt.

Although Arsenal are unlikely to pursue these players immediately, they aim to build comprehensive reports for future opportunities. The club recently invested £250 million in seven new signings, including Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze, who will join Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli in providing a strong attacking foundation. Arteta’s strategy ensures the Gunners have a wealth of attacking options for the coming seasons while keeping an eye on emerging talent.
