Going to the final in thrilling fashion, Dabang Delhi K.C. edged out Puneri Paltan 6-4 in a dramatic tiebreaker after their Qualifier 1 ended 34-34 at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium. The intense clash saw both sides display top-class defensive prowess, with 16 tackle points in the first half alone. Delhi started strong through Ashu Malik’s Do-Or-Die Raid and an early All Out that gave them a seven-point cushion.

However, Puneri Paltan, led by Aditya Shinde and Abinesh Nadarajan, clawed back with an All Out to level the scores at 16-16 by halftime. In the second half, Puneri Paltan gained control with Shinde’s Super Raid and a second All Out to lead by five points. But Delhi, inspired by Neeraj Narwal’s Super Raid and Ashu Malik’s consistent raiding, mounted a late comeback.

Narwal’s late All Out reduced the deficit to one before Sandeep’s crucial tackle made it 34-34 with seconds remaining. In the tiebreaker, Saurabh Nandal’s early tackle gave Delhi the edge, while Akshit Dhull and Ashu Malik sealed the 6-4 victory. With this win, the Season 8 champions became the first team to reach the PKL 12 final, while Puneri Paltan will fight again in Qualifier 2.
