As the Pro Kabaddi League 2025 reached its climax, Puneri Paltan produced a remarkable comeback to defeat Telugu Titans 50-45 in a thrilling Qualifier 2 clash at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium, securing a spot in the final against Dabang Delhi K.C. Aditya Shinde was the star performer for the Paltan, scoring 21 points, while Pankaj Mohite supported him with 10 points.

For the Titans, Bharat Hooda stood out with 22 points, and Vijay Malik added another 10, though their efforts could not prevent defeat. The Titans began strongly, racing to a 10-1 lead after Bharat’s early Super Raid helped inflict the first All-Out. Puneri Paltan, however, clawed back with Pankaj and Aditya narrowing the gap to 24-20 at halftime. In the second half, Gaurav Khatri’s crucial tackle and successive All-Outs turned the tide in Paltan’s favour.

Aslam Inamdar’s late defensive effort gave his side the lead for the first time, before Aditya Shinde’s four-point Super Raid sealed the win. With this result, the season 10 champions reached their third final in four years, completing a stunning nine-point turnaround to continue their quest for another PKL title.
